SUPÉR RECOMMENDATION: EAT: FULVIO, One of my all-time favorites; I always make time for this husband and wife run Sardinian Restaurant.
EAT: DAME JANE, A cave à manger dedicated to fresh & simple bistrot food at fair price. They have a nice selection of natural wines, craft beers and juices.
EAT: HERO, If you ever crave Korean Fried Chicken in Paris, head to HERO. The place is well decorated for a place serving KFC, robust dinner menu with delicious cocktails.
EAT: WILD & MOON, Though now a franchise, I still consider this place a must for vegan food or their revitalizing juices/smoothies. Like many Vegan shops globally, food can be pricey.
EAT: PARIS PÊCHE, Go here for a “Plateaux de fruits de mer,” platters of fresh and delicious seafood. Multiple locations available, great for pescatarians.
DRINK: KLAY, An overused French descriptor, this place is simply chic with a tiny bit of pretension. This place is great for both daytime coffee or nighttime drinks.
EAT: LA CEVICHERIA, A French Peruvian restaurant with multiple locations in Paris. An interesting dish is the mushroom ceviche; notthe best ceviche in the world, but their vegan interpretations are muy Bueno.
DRINK: KB CAFESHOP, A cool coffee shop in a trendy part of town, recharge with some caffeine and people watch.
CULTURE: GALERIE PERROTIN, A contemporary art gallery with locations around the world. Free admissions, beautiful space, and a rotation of artists. If schedules align, check out the gallery when they have an opening or new installation.
CULTURE: TOLBIAC, Fun neighborhood with barely any tourists, come to the area for some great pastries, parks, and Vietnamese food.
BUY: TUNISIAN TUNA, Some of the best-canned TUNA, make sure to grab an extra-large tin for back home.
