As a very small business we are unable to accommodate returns for refund, and we hope to be able to change this as our company grows. We do however, offer store credit on most items (see below). 

Once we release the package to the shipping agent, we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will help you correspond with the agent to solve any difficulties as best we can. 


We ship domestically via UPS Ground without signature confirmation, and it is up to the discretion of the delivery person whether to leave the package if there is no one home to accept it. If this is a  concern, please provide us with an alternate shipping address if you work during the day or do not anticipate being home to receive your order.

On occasion our shipping system may flag certain addresses as invalid or incomplete. When this occurs we will contact the you prior to shipping to confirm the address. Please note that any packages returned to us due to incorrect address will be subject to a reshipping fee. 

At this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and do not offer local pickup.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

As a very small business we are unable to accommodate returns for refund, and we hope to be able to change this as our company grows. We do however, offer store credit on most items (minus shipping costs) within 15 days of arrival date.

If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please email welcometo@pablohome.com with your order number and we can start an insurance claim (you will be required to fill out a short form online) to get you a replacement shipment.

MY PACKAGE TRACKING INFO SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER GOT IT? MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED?

Sorry for your frustration!!

The USPS generally does a great job of getting our packages from Point A to Point B, but there can be the occasional hiccup. Allow the package a few extra days to arrive (we have found many packages organically surface within a few days) before contacting us. If you feel that your package has been lost in transit or delivered incorrectly, please email welcometo@pablohome.com with your order number and we can start an insurance claim (you will be required to fill out a short form online) to get you a replacement shipment.

Buyer pays shipping both ways.  In order for item to be eligible for return, it must be sent back in condition in which it was received.  This means that any and all tags, stickers, labels, whether added by manufacturer (as in NWT) or seller must still be attached to the item and not tampered with or removed. If an item is returned from a buyer's smoking home and requires dry cleaning to restore, the cost of dry cleaning will be deducted from the refund. Please check all measurements stated in listing as returns for size or fit are considered buyer's remorse and are not subject to 'item not as described' conditions.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

PA residents will pay 6% sales tax on taxable items; any purchases made by individuals are subject to local sales tax.
